• Professional background: current occupation, qualification, prior sales / insurance experience.
• Preferences: preferred language, weekly time availability, preferred call time.
• Free-text reason for applying (up to 500 characters).
• Consent records: which consents were provided, when, and against which policy version.
• Non-personal attribution signals (utm parameters, gclid/gbraid/wbraid/fbclid, referring URL, landing page).

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to evaluate your interest in the advisor opportunity, to contact suitable applicants for an introductory discussion, and to keep an audit record of consents. Marketing communications are sent only if you provide the separate optional marketing consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your information. Information may be processed by service providers we use for website hosting, form storage and email delivery, strictly for the purposes described above.

4. Retention

Unsuccessful applications are retained for a limited period so we can respond to your queries and demonstrate the legitimacy of our recruitment process. You may request deletion at any time via our data-request page.

5. Your choices
